Job summary

Eastern Research Group, Inc. (ERG) seeks a Senior Contract Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts from proposal development through closeout.

You will advise clients and internal stakeholders on compliance and risk, drive contract execution, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced, proactive environment. Ideal candidates have prime contractor experience and strong knowledge of FAR, contract types (CPFF, T&M, FFP), and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years of contract administration experience for government contracts.
• Experience with GSA MA Schedules, EPA and/or DoD contracting a plus.
• Strong proposals pricing, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer federal, state, and local contracts across the full lifecycle, including proposal preparation, negotiation, administration, and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver contract support.
• Advise senior management on risk, compliance, and strategy.
• Mentor junior contract professionals.
