Job summary

Eastern Research Group, Inc. (ERG) seeks a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our Contracts team in a role that supports federal, state, and local contracts.

You will manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts from proposal initiation through closeout, collaborating with contract admins, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of subcontract administration experience, a BA or higher, and strong knowledge of FAR/CPSR,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8+ years of subcontract administration experience.
• Familiarity with GSA MAS, EPA contracting, and DoD contracting is preferred.
• Experience independently preparing, negotiating, and administering subcontract agreements.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Adobe with strong documentation skills.
• Knowledge of FAR and CPSR.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts, including solicitation, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout.
• Review subcontractor proposals, ensuring completeness, compliance, and proper documentation and approvals.
• Support proposal efforts by negotiating teaming agreements and non-disclosure agreements, and coordinating subcontractor inputs with technical, contracts, and proposal teams.
• Conduct research and compile subcontract- and contract-related data in support of audits and other government reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations, throughout the subcontract lifecycle.
