Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years of contract administration experience supporting federal, state, and local contracts.
• Experience with GSA MAPS, EPA, and DoD contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer federal, state, and local contracts across the full lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver contract support.
• Advise senior management on contractual risk, compliance matters, and strategy.
• Partner with technical and business leads to drive compliant, competitive proposals.
• Develop and improve contract department policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support training and development initiatives within the Contracts Department.
• Prepare, analyze, and negotiate cost and pricing proposals, including profitability analyses and risk assessments.
• Implement and uphold procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Mentor junior contract professionals and support their development.
• Support contract closeout activities, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
