Formación

• Three years of technical clerical work plus two years in procurement, purchasing, contracting, or acquisition.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience allowed for the clerical requirement.
• Willingness to travel for job-related duties.
• Certified Procurement Officer (CPO) certification preferred or required within eleven months where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the lifecycle of procurement: planning, purchasing goods and services, evaluating contracts and purchase orders.
• Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier relationships.
• Draft and review specifications and requisitions; determine acquisition methods and maintain bidder lists.
• Maintain contract records, deadlines, renewals, and ensure proper execution and distribution of contracts.
• Coordinate with vendors, legal staff, and internal departments; respond to status inquiries.
• Assist in implementing procurement procedures and update contract management systems.
