Job summary

i270 Solutions Group LLC is seeking an experienced Contractor Program Manager (CPM) to support NGA under the IMUA GEOINT Ground program. The CPM will serve as the primary contractor point of contact and provide program-level oversight across contract performance, schedules, staffing, security, and financial reporting.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, strong leadership, and proven experience managing multi-site programs and multi-million-dollar budgets within DoD/IC contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years PM experience or Master's with 7 years PM experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Independent decision-making authority over program budget, schedule and risk.
• Experience coordinating with multiple government stakeholders on a single program.
• Experience supervising personnel and subcontractors.
• Experience managing programs across multiple geographic sites.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and/or multiple funding streams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contractor POC with the IMUA Program Office.
• Oversee contract performance, schedules, staffing, personnel, training, security deliverables, and modifications.
• Monitor financial performance, including contract expenditures and burn rate.
• Maintain regular communication with the Government PM and COR.
• Identify and communicate significant program risks and issues and develop/track resolution plans.
• Maintain program-level knowledge of NGA programs, projects, and activities.
• Support monthly financial, staffing, and activity reports.
• Support quarterly program management reviews with Government leadership.
• Provide oversight of contractor personnel performance and staffing.
• Support development and maintenance of the Program Management Plan and Quality Control Plan.
• Support contract transition activities and ensure continuity of mission support.
