MDW Associates, LLC seeks a Contractor Program Manager to support the NGA in the Fort Belvoir-Springfield, VA area. The CPM will serve as the primary POC for the IMUA Program Office, overseeing contract performance, financials, schedules, personnel, security deliverables, and contract modifications with COR and Government PM input.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence and involves coordinating with government stakeholders, preparing reports, and maintaining PMP/QCP plans to ensure

Formación

• Experience managing Government contracts with financial oversight and reporting.
• Experience preparing and presenting program status and staffing reports per contract requirements.
• Experience developing PMPs and QCPs including risk management and QA.
• PM certification (PMP or comparable) and DoD/IC project management exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver financial, staffing, performance, and program status reports.
• Coordinate with Government program managers, CORs, and stakeholders for updates and risk assessments.
• Develop, maintain, and execute the Program Management Plan (PMP) and staffing strategies.
• Develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) for performance and process improvement.
• Plan and manage contract transition activities; ensure NDA compliance and security deliverables.
• Submit and update contract deliverables in approved formats per CDRL requirements.
