Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking a contract professional to support the legal department in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts in a hybrid remote role based in Washington state.

You will work with internal clients to interpret contracting policies, navigate contract systems, maintain templates, summarize terms, and ensure compliance with Seattle Children’s policies while collaborating across the legal team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and manage contracts and signatures.
• Interpret contracting policies for internal clients.
• Navigate contract management systems and keep statuses up-to-date.
• Maintain contracting templates.
• Support multiple legal team members on contracting efforts.
• Review documents and summarize contractual terms.
