Cascadia Healthcare is seeking a Contracts Counsel to join Cascadia Services’ Legal team. You will draft, review, and negotiate high volumes of vendor contracts, NDA and service agreements, while managing related documentation across facilities and home office operations.

The ideal candidate holds a JD with bar admission and 1–3 years of contract experience, excelling at cross-functional collaboration, risk assessment, and process improvement in a healthcare setting.

Competenze

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admission to and good standing with the bar of at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 1–3 years of experience in contract drafting, contract management, or related area.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work, competing priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate routine commercial contracts such as vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, amendments, and renewals.
• Partner with Legal and leadership on contracting projects and activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and facilitate timely contract review and execution.
• Identify contractual, legal, and compliance risks and elevate complex matters as needed.
• Maintain contract databases and tracking tools for timely execution, renewals, and compliance.
• Support the implementation and ongoing administration of the Contracts Management Solution.
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates, playbooks, workflows, and guidelines.
• Provide guidance and training to field personnel on contracting processes.
