Job summary

Deluxe Corporation seeks a Senior Contract Strategist to lead the drafting and negotiation of complex, high-value agreements across multiple business segments. This role partners with Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Sales to align terms with Deluxe’s objectives and risk appetite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years drafting, redlining, and negotiating contracts.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration with Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end negotiation and drafting of high-value agreements across multiple Deluxe segments.
• Shape contracting strategy and deal structures aligned to Deluxe’s objectives and risk appetite.
• Govern AI-enabled language tools and contract automation to improve speed and quality of drafting.
• Partner with Legal, Vendor Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency with policy.
• Assist the RFP team with contracting components of RFPs/RFIs for assigned segments.
