LHH is seeking an experienced legal professional to provide immediate temporary support to its in-house legal team in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on contract drafting, review, triage of legal requests, and broader legal operations support during a leave of absence.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level paralegal, contract specialist, or attorney who can contribute with minimal training and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of paralegal/contract professional or attorney experience.
• Strong drafting and review of commercial agreements required.
• Experience guiding contracts through lifecycle and with real estate matters is preferred.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, and revise commercial agreements and legal documents.
• Support contract lifecycle management from intake to retention.
• Triage legal requests and coordinate with stakeholders and outside counsel.
• Track matters, deadlines, and contract status; assist compliance and audits.
