Job summary

LHH is partnering with a law firm to provide immediate temporary support to its in-house legal team in San Diego, CA. The role targets senior-level paralegals, contract specialists, or attorneys who can hit the ground running with minimal training.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, managing contract lifecycles, triaging legal requests, and supporting regulatory reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, contract specialist, legal operations professional, or attorney.
• Strong contract drafting and contract review experience required.
• Experience managing contracts through the full contract lifecycle.
• Commercial contracting experience required.
• Experience with commercial leases or real estate matters is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and issue-spotting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn internal processes.

Additional Details

• On-site role in San Diego, CA
• Monday-Friday schedule; standard business hours with some flexibility
• Pay $43-$47 an hour
• Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Pay Details

$43.00 to $47.00 per hour
