Job summary

Eurofins Professional Scientific Services NBLSC, LLC is seeking a Principal Legal Specialist in Lancaster, PA. The role oversees the full contract lifecycle, drafts and negotiates MSAs and SOWs, coordinates with external counsel, and ensures timely renewals to support business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Paralegal degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years related experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve standardized PSS MSA drafts and accompanying documents.
• Draft, review and negotiate multiple types of contract agreements.
• Liaison with external counsel when required for additional review.
• Oversee renewal cycle and summary of key terms to ensure contract compliance.
• Administer internal electronic signature application for use in contracts and statements of work.
