Job summary

Eurofins Professional Scientific Services NBLSC, LLC (Eurofins PSS) is seeking a Principal Legal Specialist to lead contract lifecycle management and ensure compliance across client negotiations and internal policies.

You will draft, review and negotiate MSAs and SOWs, coordinate with external counsel, and drive process improvements while supporting senior leadership. Hybrid role based in Lancaster, PA with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years related experience in contracts or legal support.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve standardized PSS MSA drafts and accompanying documents such as PA and SOW.
• Design a program to track current MSAs and terms; propose improvements for client relations.
• Collaborate with global MSAs and ensure alignment with senior leadership.
• Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contract agreements.
• Ensure drafts comply with internal policy and document variances as needed.
• Liaise with external counsel for reviews when required.
• Submit contracts for internal review and maintain approvals.
• Manage contract data for timeliness, accuracy and quality.
• Maintain complete, up-to-date contract files and oversee renewal terms.
• Administer internal electronic signature tools and SOW execution.
• Perform periodic compliance reviews for contracts, finance, and related areas.
• Provide executive support and lead special projects as directed.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
