Job summary

Eurofins Professional Scientific Services NBLSC, LLC is seeking a Principal Legal Specialist to own contract lifecycle management, draft and negotiate MSAs, and ensure compliance across the Eurofins PSS business line. The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, senior leadership, and external counsel.

Responsibilities include maintaining MSA templates, tracking terms, coordinating with global MSAs, and overseeing contract data and renewals to support business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Paralegal degree or equivalent experience preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years related experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve standardized PSS MSA drafts and accompanying documents such as PA, SOW.
• Design program to track current MSA and terms and improve client relationships.
• Collaborate and align with global MSAs and draft/ negotiate contract agreements.
• Review draft contracts for policy deviations and address variance requests.
• Liaise with external counsel for additional review as needed.
• Manage contract data, renewal cycles, and ensure timely approvals.
