Eurofins Professional Scientific Services NBLSC, LLC is seeking a Contracts Specialist/Project Manager to own contract lifecycle management and negotiation processes across clients and vendors. The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leadership, external counsel, and internal teams to ensure compliant and timely renewals.

The ideal candidate will bring a paralegal or related legal background, 3+ years of contract experience, and strong MS Office skills for managing documents and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree; paralegal degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years related contract experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• The position is hybrid (Lancaster, PA office 1 day/week; 4 days remote).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve standardized PSS MSA drafts and accompanying documents such as PA, SOW to capture changing compliance with laws and best practices to drive business success.
• Design program to ensure visible tracking of current MSA and agreed upon terms and make recommendations to help drive improvements in client relationships.
• Draft, review and negotiate multiple types of contract agreements (including client and vendor agreements).
• Review draft contract agreements against internal policy for deviations and document variance requests; liaise with external counsel when required.
• Manage contract data for timeliness, accuracy and quality; oversee renewal cycles and ensure contract compliance.
