Lead cradle-to-grave federal acquisition activities, including acquisition planning, solicitation development, evaluation support, contract award, administration, modification, and closeout actions.
Provide senior-level acquisition expertise and recommendations regarding procurement strategies, contract vehicles, contract types, and acquisition methodologies to support mission-critical requirements.
Support and administer a wide variety of acquisition actions, including commercial services, professional services, IDIQ contracts, BPAs, IAAs, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders, and call orders.
Prepare, review, and process acquisition documentation utilizing federal acquisition systems, including PRISM or comparable contract writing tools.
Possess excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing in order to effectively assist customers and effectively participate as a team member. Conduct quality assurance and compliance reviews of acquisition documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, clarity, consistency, and adherence to applicable acquisition regulations and agency policies.
Analyze acquisition data, identify deficiencies or missing information, and provide recommendations to support sound procurement decisions.
Maintain acquisition tracking tools and status reports to ensure timely execution of procurement actions.
Support contract administration activities, including invoice tracking, performance monitoring, modification processing, and closeout support.
Collaborate effectively with Contracting Officers, CORs, program offices, technical stakeholders, and acquisition personnel.
Produce high-quality work products that meet established standards for accuracy, responsiveness, professionalism, and timeliness.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Acquisition Management, Public Administration, Contracts, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Minimum eight (8) years of relevant federal contracting and acquisition experience.
Experience equivalent to FAC-C Level III, FAC Professional, or comparable senior federal acquisition certification and expertise.
Possess an excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing in order to effectively assist customers and actively participate as a member of a multidisciplinary acquisition team.
Demonstrated capability and technical capacity to recommend acquisition strategies, procurement methods, and contractual approaches requiring senior-level acquisition expertise.
Proven ability to assess contractual requirements, identify acquisition risks, and provide meaningful recommendations, including recommendations that improve acquisition outcomes before issues arise.
Demonstrated experience supporting cradle-to-grave acquisitions, including acquisition planning, solicitation development, evaluation support, award, administration, modification, and closeout activities.
Thorough knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and government contract vehicles, including Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Fixed Price with Economic Adjustments, Labor Hour (LH), Time-and-Materials (T&M), and, preferably, Cost-Reimbursement contracts.

Experience supporting labor-hour service contracts in federal environments.
Experience supporting acquisition organizations operating under Federal Supply Schedule procedures.
