Responsibilities:
- Support acquisition activities throughout the procurement lifecycle, including acquisition planning, market research, solicitation preparation, evaluation support, contract award, administration, and closeout.
- Assist with development and review of acquisition documentation, including SOWs, SOOs, PWSs, RFQs, RFPs, modifications, and closeout packages.
- Maintain procurement files, contractual action tracking systems, and acquisition milestone reports.
- Support cost and price analyses and assist in evaluating procurement documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Assist with administration of IDIQ contracts, BPAs, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders, and other acquisition vehicles.
- Support acquisition actions utilizing federal acquisition systems and contract writing tools.
- Review acquisition packages for quality, accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct acquisition research and analysis and provide recommendations to Government personnel.
- Coordinate with acquisition teams and program offices to support timely execution of procurement activities.
- Deliver high-quality work products meeting established timeliness, responsiveness, and quality expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or at least 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, purchasing, economics, contracts, management, quantitative methods, or related discipline. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant federal acquisition experience.
- Knowledge of FAR-based procurement processes and federal acquisition regulations.
- Experience supporting acquisitions under FAR Parts 12, 13, 37, 43, 4.804, and Federal Supply Schedule procedures.
- Experience utilizing multiple federal contract types, including FFP, Cost-Reimbursement, Labor Hour, and T&M.
- Experience supporting IDIQ contracts, BPAs, purchase orders, task orders, and delivery orders.
- Ability to independently analyze assignments and provide recommendations to acquisition personnel.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and acquisition support tools.
- Possess excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing to effectively assist customers and participate as a team member.
- Must be able to independently analyze work assignments and provide feedback to the Government as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- FAC-C certification or related acquisition training.
- Experience supporting Department of Transportation clients.
- Experience utilizing PRISM or comparable acquisition systems.
- Experience supporting Federal Supply Schedule procurements.
