Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent education/experience.
• 5 years experience in Contract Management or a blend of healthcare and/or corporate contracting responsibilities.
• 1 year project management and/or team management experience in a Leadership role.
• 1 year proven experience in leading teams through large projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract negotiation leadership, development and management services for Providence Saint John’s Health Center.
• Counsel on matters for the Providence South Division, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and risk mitigation.

Purchased Services and Physician Contracting provides contract negotiation leadership, development and management services and counsel on matters for the Providence South Division. Contracting services are provided according to divisional and regional business need with priority placed on clinical/financial value, mitigating risk to the organization and legal and regulatory requirements, as well as stewardship.
