Providence is calling a Senior Manager Contracting who will:

• Be responsible for leading, or participating as a team member, in significant negotiations with Payors for acceptable reimbursement terms and contract languages for all entities with continuum of care
  • I.E. Hospitals, Physician Organizations, Home Health, and Hospice Services
• Support a PH&S Region and Payors assigned
• Be responsible forrevenue primarily associated with Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and managed Medicaid products
• Developcomplex negotiation strategies and secureacceptable terms
• Resolve Problems
• Obtainapplicable support of leaders within the Service Area, Regional, System, and/or with strategic partners such as ACO's and Joint Ventures

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred fields: Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8 years of related healthcare experience in contract negotiations, financial management, or related field.
