Northrop Grumman is hiring a Contract Administrator (Level 2) to manage SAP-based contract setup activities. The role supports defense systems contracts and will operate at Plymouth, MN or other NG onsite locations, requiring collaboration with multiple internal teams.

Essential duties include analyzing contract requirements, leading kickoff discussions, and updating SAP configurations. A government contracting background and strong Excel skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience.
• Associate’s degree with 4 years.
• Understanding of government contracting.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to manage large data sets and create pivot tables, charts, and graphs.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret contract and enter into SAP Contract Setup Form and analyze setup requirements.
• Interact with Contract Administrator and stakeholders on SAP Setup and lead kickoff meetings.
• Incorporate changes into the SAP S4 HANA system reflecting negotiated parameters.
• Support data requests by programs, customers, and management.
• Respond to system errors and reconcile input/output discrepancies.
