Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Contract Administrator (Level 1) to support the Contract Set Up Group (CSG) in the Defense Systems Sector. This position can be based at Northridge, CA, Mesa, AZ, Plymouth, MN or any NG onsite location.

Essential functions include reviewing contracts, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate setup in SAP. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of government contracting are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with no experience or Associate’s degree with 4 years.
• Understanding of government contracting.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to manage large data sets and create pivot tables, charts, and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret Contract and enter into SAP Contract Setup Form and analyze contract to determine setup requirements.
• Interact with Contract Administrator and other stakeholders on SAP Setup and lead kickoff meetings to address setup questions.
• Incorporate changes into the SAP S4 HANA system reflecting negotiated contract parameters.
• Support data requests by programs, customers, and company management.
