Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Contract Administrator (Level 2) to join our Defense Systems team. The selected candidate will perform SAP contract setup, analyze requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant data across programs.

The role is based in Mesa, AZ, with potential to work at other NG onsite locations. Essential qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or an associate’s degree with 4 years, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience or Associate’s degree with 4 years.
• Understanding of government contracting.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel to manage large datasets, pivot tables, charts and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret contract and enter into SAP Contract Setup Form; analyze contract to determine setup requirements.
• Lead formal and informal contract kickoff meetings; communicate effectively to avoid setup errors.
• Incorporate changes into the SAP S4 HANA system reflecting negotiated contract parameters.
• Support data requests from programs, customers and management.
• Respond to system errors and reconcile input/output discrepancies.
