Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Contract Administrator (Level 1) to join our Defense Systems team. The role focuses on SAP Contract Setup, data analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure accurate contract parameters and compliant invoicing.

Based in Plymouth, MN or other NG onsite locations, you will support government contracts, use Excel to manage large datasets, and assist with setup changes in SAP S4 HANA. Travel approx. 10% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with no experience or Associate’s degree with 4 years of experience in related field.
• Understanding of government contracting.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to manage large sets of data and create pivot tables, charts, and graphs to summarize information.

Aufgaben

• Interpret Contract and enter into SAP Contract Setup Form and analyze contract to determine setup requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address setup questions and prevent issues with financial reporting, invoicing, and cash.
• Incorporate changes into SAP S4 HANA reflecting negotiated contract parameters and guidelines.
