Job summary

Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) seeks a Senior Contract Requirements Manager to lead compliance for OCI and export controls, assisting the CSO and research teams from proposal through project execution. This role may supervise PD/Co-PD activities for major contract vehicles.

The position entails coordinating with DoD, GTRI leadership, and Georgia Tech offices, with potential Huntsville, AL or Atlanta, GA placement, and requires Top Secret clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years working with contracts.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluations of organizational conflict of interest and mitigation plans.
• Assist Project Directors in meeting compliance expectations for proposals and awarded projects.
• Assist in administration of DoD's UARC Management Plan and export regulation guidance.
• Coordinate with leadership, Export Compliance Coordinators, SPS, SPS/O SP and counsel offices on compliance matters.
• Act as Project Director (PD or Co-PD) as required for large multi-task contracts.
• Utilize proposal and contract management software systems.
• Support process and IT improvements for all teams involved.
• Collaborate with external organizations on contracting matters.
• Review and prioritize implementation of new technology solutions and services.
