Job summary

Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) is the nonprofit, applied research division of Georgia Tech. The Senior Contract Requirements Manager will lead a team to ensure compliance with OCI, export controls, and DoD contracting rules across diverse projects.

The role includes coordinating with DoD customers, sponsors, and GT offices to align contracting strategies, manage risk, and support proposal and project execution from proposal through close-out. UARC-related responsibilities may apply.

Qualifications

• 10+ years working with contracts.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or Business.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance assessments for OCI, export controls and DoD requirements.
• Coordinate with DoD and GT stakeholders to manage contracts and proposals.
• Oversee UARC management plans and contract vehicles.
• Serve as liaison between researchers, administration, and sponsors on contractual issues.
• Mentor project directors on contracting strategies.
