Job summary

Merck & Co. in Minneapolis seeks a seasoned Recruiter to build and engage networks, hire top talent, and drive end-to-end recruitment. You will develop creative sourcing for difficult roles, partner with HR and hiring leaders, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will manage a full recruitment desk, champion diversity, and continuously improve recruiting practices to meet business goals, ensuring strong client satisfaction and successful hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with 6+ years in corporate or search firm recruiting.
• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience in supply chain (corporate & field) recruiting including sourcing and diversity.
• Ability to execute recruiting strategies including employer branding and interview management.
• ATS experience for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
• Strong client service, proactive, team-oriented, and professional.
• Credible influence and sound judgment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and use a variety of recruiting techniques to build networks and hire top talent.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for tough-to-fill roles and locations.
• Partner with HR and hiring leaders to define plans and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Advocate for clients and candidates with regular touchpoints and diligent follow-through.
• Stay current on recruiting trends, talent pools, compensation, and market shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing and recruitment practices.
• Manage full recruitment desk to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Promote diversity sourcing and manage interview processes.
• Develop diversity and inclusion strategies with business leaders.
• Participate in community events to enhance recruitment presence.
