Job summary

Dexis is seeking a Contract Program Manager to lead the oversight and performance of a Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) contract, coordinating a cross‑functional, multi‑discipline team to meet government objectives. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex environment.

You will supervise a dispersed team, manage risks, monitor costs, and collaborate with government stakeholders to deliver timely, high‑quality solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• 5+ years of program management experience in large staffing efforts or DoW/DIU-like projects.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing senior government stakeholders.
• Experience with DIU enterprise support functions and contract support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract execution to meet objectives.
• Manage client relationships and expectations.
• Lead a large, dispersed, multi-disciplinary team with clear internal communication.
• Ensure deliverables meet government needs and quality standards.
• Provide innovative approaches to team management and execution.
• Provide technical support and process improvements in contract execution.
• Lead QA and technical excellence and timely delivery of outputs.
• Identify and mitigate schedule, performance, technical, and financial risks.
• Conduct cost monitoring and variance analysis.
