Job summary

Dexis is a dynamic professional services firm supporting government and international partners to achieve critical social outcomes. Dexis seeks a Program Manager to oversee contract performance for the DTRA Combat Support CZ Directorate, interfacing with KO/COR/ACOR/TPOC and managing resources to deliver quality, timely results.

The PM will lead a large, geographically dispersed team, sustain client relationships, and ensure deliverables meet government needs while applying innovative management

Qualifications

• Mastery of day-to-day operations within the Combat Support Directorate (CZ).
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• At least ten years of A&AS program management experience.
• At least five years of program management experience supporting DTRA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract execution, ensuring compliance with contract objectives.
• Manage relationships with the client.
• Lead a large, geographically dispersed team, ensuring collaboration and clear internal communication.
• Ensure deliverables meet government needs and expectations.
• Provide innovative approaches to team management.
• Provide technical leadership and process creation for contract execution.
• Lead quality assurance and technical excellence of work on the contract.
• Identify and mitigate schedule, performance, technical, and financial risks.
• Conduct cost monitoring and variance analysis.
