Job summary

Dexis Professional Services is seeking a Contract Program Manager to oversee a DIU contract, ensuring performance, quality, and timely delivery. The PM will lead a large, multidisciplinary team, manage government relationships, and maintain contract health with proactive risk management.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and will be based in Mountain View, CA, with travel to other DIU sites as needed. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 5+ years of program management experience on large, complex DoW/DIU-like programs.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with senior government stakeholders.
• Proficiency with program management tools and software solutions.
• PMI PMP or PgMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract execution and ensure objectives are met.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate a dispersed, multi-site team.
• Ensure deliverables and personnel meet government needs and expectations.
• Identify and mitigate schedule, performance, technical, and financial risks.
• Conduct cost monitoring and variance analysis.
