Job summary

Dexis is recruiting a Performance Metrics Analyst to support anticipated programming with the Department of War (DoW). This role provides program and policy support, as well as technical assistance services to assist DoW/CTOC/CTF mission needs across the USG, DoD and CCMDs.

The position requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a master’s degree, and roughly a decade of experience serving senior ranks; candidates translate technical data into actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience serving senior government ranks and SES levels.
• Understanding of performance measurement concepts used in USG decision making.
• Ability to translate technical information into plain language for DoW and USG staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and communicate performance indicators to support organizational goals.
• Provide advice and assistance on performance measurement policies.
• Analyze impact of new or revised USG policies on DoWCD investments.
• Align DoW/ CN SP goals with CCMDs and Defense Agencies initiatives.
• Draft DoW performance plans, goals/objectives, and evaluation criteria.
• Operate with limited guidance to present informed recommendations and drive improvement.

About the Position

Dexis is recruiting aPerformance MetricsAnalystto supportanticipatedprogrammingwith the Department ofWar(DoW). This opportunity will provideprogram support, policy support, and technicalassistanceservices to support Counterdrug(CD)/Counter-Transnational Organized Crime (CTOC)/Counter-Threat Finance (CTF)mission needs of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), The Joint Staff,Combatant Commands(CCMDs), Military Departments, and Defense Agencies.

This positionis contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Design,monitor, and communicate performance indicators to support organizational goals to ensure leadership has real-time, actionable insights by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data across assigned portfolios.
• Provide advice andassistanceto USG personnel on matters related to performance measurement and management policies.
• Conduct analyses and assessments on the impact of new or revised USG polices and guidance as expressed in strategic documents, and other issuances that mayimpactprogram investments funded by theDoWCD appropriation.
• Analyze the alignment ofDoWand CN&SP strategic goals andobjectiveswith proposed CCMDs, Military Service, and Defense Agency initiatives to counter global drug trafficking and other illicit threat network activities.
• Provide analyses of National Drug Control Program strategic plans, priorities, and guidance. Advise andassistUSG personnel in drafting complementaryDoWperformance plans, goals/objectives, management indicators, evaluation criteria, and reports.
• Operate with limited guidance to present informed recommendations, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• ActiveTop Secretclearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
• Possessa master’s degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field of study.
• Possess ten (10) years’ experience providing services to senior general/flag officer ranks and/or SES levels within theDoW, other government agencies, or industry corporate equivalents, and will be expected to perform at the level of a mid-range GS-15 equivalent.
• Comprehensive understanding of performance measurement concepts and principles used to inform USG decision making related to current and projected operational requirements,objectives, and capabilities of the OSD, Joint Staff, CCMDs, Military Departments, Defense Agencies, and other USG stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience in applying performance concepts and principles to develop performance criteria, draft implementation guidance, andidentifyopportunities for USG program investment based on projected return on investment (ROI).
• Shallpossessexceptional oral and written communication skills, and the ability to translate highly technical information into plain language for effective communication withDoWand other USG staff in the performance of all duties,tasksand services.
