Candidates should have 4+ years in procurement, supplier management, and contracting, with strong data analysis and Excel/SAP skills. This is a full-time on-site position in Florida.

Qualifications

• 4+ total years of related experience.
• 4+ years in Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Strategic Sourcing.
• 1+ years with SAP and/or Procurement to Pay (PTP).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
• Experience interacts with suppliers on contract requirements and proposals.
• Experience with strategic sourcing/negotiations and supplier performance.
• Strong project management, data analysis, and cross-functional communication.

Responsabilités

• Autonomously conduct market analysis and LTAs to meet contracting and saving goals.
• Develop and assess RFIs and RFQs to support strategic sourcing and dual-sourcing.
• Use business analysis to identify LTA opportunities for global procurement needs.
• Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate pricing, terms, and long-term agreements.
• Develop and manage strategic supplier partnerships and internal stakeholder alignment.
• Perform supply planning by evaluating inventory, safety stock, forecast, and supplier selection.
• Perform sourcing activities including strategic, alternate/dual sourcing and approvals.
• Maintain awareness of department deliverables and contracting impact.
• Provide expertise on business processes and continuous improvement.
• Train team members as needed.
• Communicate effectively up and down the organization and present to executives.
