Job summary

Boeing is seeking an Experienced Procurement Agent to join the Executive Transport team and support supply chain activities across multiple programs. The role involves oversight of supplier performance, strategic negotiations, and developing contractual solutions in a hybrid work setting.

Candidates should have 5+ years in supplier management or procurement, a Bachelor's degree (advanced degrees preferred), and be eligible for a U.S. security clearance. Multiple U.S. locations are available.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.
• More than 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management/Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes.
• Typical education includes a Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight and management of supply and demand schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
• Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.
• Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.
• Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.
• Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.
