The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Contract Procurement Agent (Level 3) in Hialeah, FL. You will strategically source and establish Long Term Agreements for aerospace parts, analyze data to identify contracting opportunities, and present procurement strategies to leadership.

Responsibilities include market analysis, RFQ/RFI development, supplier selection, price negotiations, and contract execution, with emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement. 火

Formación

• 4+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years in Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Strategic Sourcing.
• 1+ years with SAP and/or PTP functionality.
• Experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
• Experience interacting directly with suppliers regarding contract requirements and proposals.
• Experience with strategic sourcing/negotiations and managing supplier performance.
• Strong project management, data analysis, cross-functional stewardship, and written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting utilizing Excel and SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Autonomously conduct market analysis and Long Term Agreement recommendations to deliver contracting and saving goals.
• Develop RFIs/RFQs to support sourcing and dual-sourcing initiatives.
• Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and execute Long Term Agreements.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Perform supply planning by evaluating inventory, safety stock, and forecasts.
• Perform sourcing activities including strategic sourcing, dual sourcing, supplier qualification and approval.
• Communicate effectively up and down the organization and present to leadership.
