Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking an experienced Contracts and Procurement professional for the Houston, TX area. You will review and administer a broad range of contracts, partnering with Legal and Insurance to negotiate terms and ensure audit-ready documentation.

You will support complex projects, supervise contract files, and contribute to acquisition activities. The role requires 7–10 years in contract management, experience with industrial/service contracts, and a Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in contract management and/or administration.
• Experience with multiple supply chain/procurement contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review and administer supply chain and procurement contracts, including service agreements, consulting contracts, software licenses, and equipment rentals.
• Collaborate with Legal and Insurance teams to negotiate vendor terms and ensure compliance with internal approvals.
• Manage contract files and databases, draft amendments, track deadlines, and prepare documentation for audits.
• Lead complex projects, mentor teams, and ensure compliance with organizational goals and standards.
• Participate in acquisition and divestiture activities and oversee Statements of Work and IST/Administrative Services contracts.
