Job summary

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, maintain records, and support project timelines. A minimum 9 years in expediting or related logistics is expected, with post-secondary education in a related field.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in expediting or related logistics roles.
• Strong understanding of logistics, purchasing and project document requirements.
• Post-secondary education in project management, purchasing, supply chain, finance or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Mentor new hires, project team personnel and new vendors in the expediting process.
• Manage equipment/material/logistics to ensure on-time readiness and delivery to site per project schedule.
• Coordinate vendor documentation and logistics between vendor, Engineering, and internal teams to ensure prompt approvals.
