Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; or Associate degree plus 7 years in power generation.
• Minimum 5 years of technical field experience with heavy duty gas turbine or steam power.

Responsibilities

• Asset Performance: Lead outages, parts and repairs from planning to risk mitigation.
• Operational Execution: Own the Contractual Service Agreement to ensure zero-harm, high-quality, on-time maintenance.
• Customer Partnership: Act as the trusted technical advisor to the customer’s site teams and drive satisfaction.
