Job summary

TikTok's Global Employment Litigation team seeks an experienced employment lawyer to manage disputes, supervision of external counsel, and investigations. You will provide strategic guidance across HR and business stakeholders globally and report to the Head of Global Employment Litigation.

The role emphasizes handling complex employment litigation in multiple jurisdictions, with opportunities for training and cross-functional impact within a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and current bar admission in good standing.
• Significant employment law experience in private practice and in-house with exposure to investigations and litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of employment disputes, litigation defense, and coordination with outside counsel.
• Lead and supervise investigations of workplace matters and provide practical employment law guidance.
• Support compliance initiatives and develop internal policies to handle growing litigation caseload.
• Analyze litigation trends and disseminate insights across functions.
• Create or support training on global employment law issues as needed.
