Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Senior Manager, Vendor & Law Firm Management in San Jose to lead global outside counsel relationships, ALSPs and other strategic legal vendors. You will design frameworks, workflows, and commercial strategies to optimize external spend and provider performance, reporting to Legal Operations leadership.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience negotiating rates and budgets, and the ability to drive governance, onboarding, and ongoing

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience in legal operations and outside counsel management.
Expertise in law firm economics, AFAs and pricing models.
Experience managing networks of law firms, ALSPs and vendors.
Experience developing outside counsel programs and scorecards.
Strong analytical, data-driven decision making and tech skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic, commercial and operational management of TikTok's outside counsel relationships.
Develop frameworks for spend management, budgets, AFAs and pricing models.
Oversee vendor onboarding, engagement, and performance through KPI scorecards.
Drive cost savings while maintaining legal quality and outcomes.
Lead RFPs, panel management and governance with Practice Leads.
