The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of contract management experience, with ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in contract management, claim management, contract drafting, and contract analysis.
• Experience with international teams and travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Advise project teams on customer contracts and subcontract agreements to safeguard Siemens Energy's contractual rights and obligations.
• Support contract administration activities, including change order management and drafting contractual correspondence.
• Review technical, commercial, and contractual requirements to develop project-specific claim and risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the preparation, pursuit, and defense of contractual claims by analyzing project documentation and records.
• Identify contractual risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to support project success.
• Collaborate with project management, legal teams, and customers to resolve complex contractual issues.
