Treaty Oak Clean Energy, LLC in Austin, TX, is seeking a Sr. Manager, Contract Lifecycle & Legal Operations to lead end-to-end contracting, ensure compliance, and optimize processes across the Legal team.

You will coordinate reviews, manage templates, and drive data-driven improvements to support renewable energy projects. The role requires 7+ years in contract management or legal operations, with a track record in in-house settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; paralegal certification preferred.
• 7+ years in contract management or legal operations in-house or similar.
• Experience with CLM platforms and legal tech.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle for NDAs, MSAs, task orders, and other agreements.
• Coordinate contract reviews, consolidate comments, and drive execution.
• Develop and improve legal workflows, templates, and knowledge resources.
• Manage CLM administration and user adoption, data quality, and reporting.
• Partner with Development, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely contracting.
