Job summary

United Launch Alliance in Denver seeks a leader for Contract Data Management to ensure data integrity and governance across government and commercial contracts. You will manage CDM submittals (CDRLs/SOWs), coordinate with Legal, Engineering, and Program teams, and drive data protection and compliance efforts.

The role requires 6+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record in CDM leadership, with familiarity in NASA/OTA environments and EPDM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Four years of directly related exempt work experience may be used to satisfy the bachelor's degree requirement.
• Experience as a team or functional leader in Contract Data Management (CDM) and integrating and implementing CDM program requirements.
• Understanding of Production and Development programs.
• Able to handle sensitive data
• Experience working with NASA, Space Force and Aerospace
• Experience working Other Transaction Agreements (OTA)
• Experience with Trade Secret Data
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS
• Experience with reading and understanding Contracts.
• Experience with working with CDRLs and SOWs.
• Experience with working with Sub-Contractor SDRLs and SOWs.
• Leading the review and retention of supplier data
• Managing configuration of supplier Statement of Work (SOW)/SDRL
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter software or other EPDM systems and/or tool administration such as Livelink

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Contract Data Management team to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of goals.
• Recruitment, development, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions for the team.
• Oversee CDM governance ensuring data is properly marked, stored, and shared according to FAR/DFARS and company policies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Program and Mission Management.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and traceability of key data products.
