Job summary

United Launch Alliance (ULA) is seeking a detail-oriented teammate to manage contract data items, ensure proper marking and storage, and support data sharing in line with FAR/DFARS and company policies. You will use CM/DM tools to prepare CDRLs for government and commercial contracts and collaborate with Legal, Engineering, and Program teams to maintain data accuracy and traceability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Must have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
Excellent customer-facing confidence on phone calls and email.
Able to work well in a team environment and with various levels of management.
Effective communication, facilitation and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational, prioritization and documentation skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and learning new databases.
Ability to review and assess data integrity against standards and train others.

Responsibilities

Ensure data is properly marked, stored, and shared in accordance with data rights regulations and FAR/DFARS.
Use CM/DM tools to manage emails, schedules and task tracking for contract data submittals (CDRLs).
Collaborate across Legal, Engineering, Program and Mission Management to ensure accuracy and traceability of data products.
