Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Sr. Project Leader – Technical Project Management to lead Configuration and Data Management across NASA SCaN programs.

You’ll guide the CDM team, implement workflows, and ensure proper documentation control while coordinating with multiple NASA organizations. Qualifications include a bachelor's in a related field and 10+ years in CDM with NASA standards, plus strong MS Word proficiency and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in Configuration and Data Management.
• Knowledge of NASA CDM standards and principles.
• In-depth experience with technical editing, formatting, and other document management functions in Microsoft Word.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a distributed team across NASA organizations.
• High initiative and creative problem solving.
• Recognized expert in Configuration and Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to integrate disciplines across the program.
• Plan, analyze, and supervise SCaN policies and execution.
• Mentor team members with technical guidance and development insight.
• Lead CDM workflow tools implementation for SCaN programs and projects.
• Educate stakeholders on CDM tools and processes across the organization.
• Develop SCaN Program Configuration Management processes and documentation control.
• Manage change requests, product reviews, and directives for the program.
