Job summary

TSI Incorporated is seeking a Contract Attorney to review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial contracts with moderate to high risk, including international matters. The role reports to the Group President and requires strong independent judgment to develop contract policies and processes that protect the business.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and active Minnesota license
• 5+ years in contract law or related area, including in-house experience
• Strong negotiation and balancing legal risk with business needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts with moderate to high risk
• Develop contract structures and negotiation strategies for complex deals
• Advise senior stakeholders and collaborate with outside counsel
• Lead contract policies, templates, and processes for efficiency
