• Ability to support the negotiation of complex contracting issues and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with Project Execution contracting strategy.
• Facilitate preparation of contract exhibits including scope, specifications, pricing, and instructions.
• Assist in writing technical contract language describing scope and pricing for each project.
• Support negotiations during bidding and formation phases and develop project communication plans.
• Maintain contractor correspondence and documentation logs and manage change orders.
