Job summary

Procom is seeking a Contract Conformance Specialist IV for a 12-month contract in Houston, TX, with hybrid work (3 days on-site) and travel up to 35%. The role focuses on managing day-to-day conformance for all contractual arrangements on capital and maintenance projects.

You will facilitate contract exhibits, support negotiations, review contractor documents, and maintain logs and change orders to ensure contractual obligations are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, legal, technical, or business.
• 10+ years of experience in legal, engineering, construction, and/or contract administration.
• Clear and concise communication with strong writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day conformance for executed contractual arrangements on capital and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate contract exhibits including scope, specifications, pricing, and special instructions.
• Support project management in contractor contract negotiations.
• Review contractor-submitted documents for contract compliance.
• Maintain contractor correspondence and documentation logs; manage change orders.
• Coordinate contract close-out with the project team.

This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite in Houston, and 35% travel.Contract Conformance Specialist IV - Job Description:The Contract Conformance Specialist IV is responsible for managing the day-to-day conformance responsibilities for all executed contractual arrangements of assigned capital and maintenance projects.
