Job summary

Zachry Group is hiring a Contract Manager to lead commercial, contractual, and risk management for challenging EP/CM/EPC projects with known clients. You will advise the PMT, interface with Owners, and oversee change management, disputes, and contract governance across JV and client teams.

The role requires 4+ years in contract management, a relevant degree, strong negotiation and MS Office skills, and willingness to travel to project sites. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant commercial/contract/project management experience.
• Bachelor of engineering, construction management, business, or other relevant degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven effective written and verbal communication in international/multi-cultural teams.
• Knowledge of document management, scheduling, and cost management techniques for major projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, terms, deliverables, and margin basis as-sold.
• Develop commercial execution plans and ensure plan compliance.
• Coordinate with support functions ensuring conformance with Deal Architecture.
• Manage escalation, change, risk mitigation, and dispute protocols.
• Interface with JV partners and client counterparts on commercial matters.
