Entergy Mississippi, LLC seeks a Contract Support Specialist (FOS), Sr, to define scope and objectives of analytical projects. You will manage contracts, accruals, fixed assets, and organizational reporting while coordinating meetings and travel.

This role requires strong Excel/Office skills and SOX awareness. The position is onsite with up to 25% travel, serving as a key interface between functional managers and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field required or equivalent work experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years for Analyst I; 2-4 years for Analyst II; 4-6 years for Analyst III; 6+ years for Analyst SR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Safety Sensitive position requiring pre-employment and random drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain files, records, reports, maps, charts, etc.
• Perform all phases of clerical support for the department.
• Manage calendar, schedule events, travel arrangements, and conferences.
• Prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and interoffice correspondence.
• Conduct complex business and financial analysis based on project scope.
• Provide contract administration and accrual data for assigned projects.
• Coordinate fixed asset reporting and compliance.
