Responsibilities

• Create and maintain files, records, reports, maps, charts, etc.
• Perform all phases of clerical support for the department.
• Manage calendar, travel, meetings, and conference calls.
• Prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations and interoffice correspondence.
• Conduct complex business and financial analysis to develop policy recommendations.
