Job summary

UNICON International Inc. is seeking a Contract Analyst Staff in Columbus, OH to lead negotiation, drafting, and administration of moderate to highly complex Engineering, Procurement and Construction contracts.

You will collaborate with Legal and internal stakeholders to protect company interests and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires reporting on contract health and participating in contracting strategy development, with onsite work schedule Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business-related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience applying contracting principles.
• Experience negotiating terms for engineering, procurement and construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contract terms and conditions and analyze commercial sections of proposals.
• Prepare, maintain and communicate records to meet contract administration requirements.
• Provide consultative contract support to project leaders and management.
